Always had a passion for cars since a young boy. Pleaded with my previous employer Roger in 1995 to give me a job & after much nagging gave up & offered me a job working for a leasing company. With much talking with my wife opened up Adaptive & haven’t looked back since! Despite being the gov, I have a young team around me all with the same passion for the market.
My personal favourites for the family would be an Audi RS4 avant being selfish Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder e-gear with a tubi exhaust. Multi tasking is my biggest strength and my motivation really is my children, seeing them smiling & enjoying themselves is enough for me!

I started to work for AVS when Richard my husband decided to open his own business. I like working at AVS as I have an interest in cars and I find the environment a friendly and happy place to be in. My favourite car is a Porsche Cayenne. I would say that my personal strengths are that I am easy going, a good worker and a friendly person. I enjoy spending all my spare time with my husband and two children.

I find that the industry is constantly changing and provides me with the challenges that I need. This gives me the rewards that are far greater than in any other industry. (And the weekend off) Bonus!!!
I’ve worked in various roles in vehicle sales over the years but in my current role I enjoy the personal touch that we give to all the clients. The AVS team is one of the best I have ever worked with in my career. The cars that most people dream of driving I actually get to drive and it’s one of the best buzz’s ever.
My favourite car although very difficult to choose one would have to be a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder E-Gear with Tubi Exhausts.
I have many strengths but if I had to choose a couple they would be, Approachable, Forward Thinking, Meticulous, Always there to help a colleague if they’re struggling.
I enjoy playing Squash and Football and also I like going out for food with my partner Marie and enjoying a glass or two.

I became involved in the motor industry back in 2005 when Richard offered me a position within the company, starting in sales I soon moved to a supporting role for the sales team.
Working for AVS has been interesting from the start and every day I am faced with fresh challenges which keep the experience enjoyable, also working with vehicles normally associated with celebrities makes life at Adaptive all the more exciting.
I would say my main strength is my unselfish attitude with the drive to help the rest of the team push forward.
I do not currently have a favourite vehicle but am quite partial to most models by Jaguar.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my fiancé and two little boys which takes up a lot of my time but I enjoy weight training and am an avid follower of Cardiff City FC and
football in general, I also enjoy contact sports like boxing and mixed martial arts from a spectator's point of view.

I started working for AVS when I was offered a job by Richard to take over from Sarah whilst she was on maternity leave. I enjoy working @ AVS as it is a job where everyday is different and always exciting. My favourite car I would have to say is a slk350.
I would say that some of my personal strengths are, I am hard working and I have the will to push on when others may give up.
I have two young children so apart from working full time I am a busy mum but it is what I love. I spend all my weekend's with them both and my partner Carl. Also I enjoy socialising with friends.
